ENG-IV 09: Summer Holidays

For those who know me, it is no secret that my favorite destination to go on vacation is the beach, no matter what beach it is, as long as you can enter the sea and take a good, fresh dip. Historically and almost every year, with my family we go on vacation for a few days to the beach (Sadly, it must be a few days, since my parents' vacations are just as short as the travel time), although most likely this year the things are going to be more complicated for us and we cannot go on vacation this summer. ENG-IV 08: GPOY

Sadly, I do not have any photos of myself to show and create this blog, as I’m an extremely introverted person about that and I do not like to take pictures, not even during vacations or at any time that I want to keep in the memory. ENG-IV 07: Postgraduate Studies

I’m currently studying a university degree in Food Engineering, however, it is not something that I see myself working on or perfecting in the future, or at least it is not something that I like too much compared to other university careers and professions in which Personally, I feel that I have more potential and more capabilities. More than studying Food Engineering, I would like to finish this degree and start immediately with a second degree, more to my liking and in which I feel that I will do better: Computer Engineering. As I mentioned before, when I finish studying Food Engineering, I intend to immediately enter a career in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, to then take postgraduate studies and obtain a Master's degree in Software Engineering and user experience. ENG-IV 06: Your future job

Honestly, I don't usually think much about the future work that I am going to have, because I have always thought about working on something related to what I’m studying. Currently I am studying Food Engineering and until today I plan to work in a company related to that, to the mass production of food (Carozzi, for example), or at least this is how it should normally be ... Although I’m studying a university degree related to food, my true passion is not focused on this area, my true vocation is probably little or nothing related to food. ENG IV-05: A Meal or Food You Really Like

Maybe this choice is the favourite for the most people and maybe I am repetitive selecting this as my favourite food, but I can't fool myself: I LOVE FAST FOOD. Pizzas, Hamburgers, French Fries, Hot Dogs, all food that was included in the fast food category, but if I had to choice one of them, definitely the Pizza is my favourite ever (Of course, without pineapple). Pizza is a food made with a lot of ingredients, you can make a pizza according your own tastes. The very first step in pizza elaboration is preparing the mass. You need flour, some hot water, oil, yeast and a little bit of salt, you also need a bowl to mix all the ingredients and prepare the mass, which is proceeded to knead on a table or countertop, previously covered with flour to prevent sticking to the surface. ENG IV-04: The Cringe

What I’m about to tell is not something that goes back to specific stages of my life, but rather something that usually happens to me very often and even today. I had a lot of cringe moments in my life since I was a child, but today as an adult and in my whole teenage, maybe I'm more conscious about my actions and I found a very common pattern in all of those moments. If I had to describe the most cringe moment in my life, the most fitting answer is: Myself. Usually, I'm a person who doesn't talk very much and doesn't interact with others in a long period of time, but that but that hasn't stopped me from messing up and "talk more than I should". Many times I felt uncomfortable silence from the others and just get it, simply I've talked more than I'm supposed to say. ENG IV-03: The best holidays ever

The best holidays for me? Really I can't choose only one, because all the moments that I created and lived was awesome! If I had to choose only one of that moments, I have a lot to say from the last summer. I went to "El Quisco" with my parents in search of tranquility and escape from the intense heat in my home in Santiago. "El Quisco" is a very common place to visit in holidays, just like other places like “El Tabo” or “Algarrobo” because that places are simple and cheap for many people who wants to stay calm and enjoy the beach. We stayed there for one entire week in a house that we previously rented online, the house was located very close from the beach (Really close, literally it took five minutes walking from the house to the beach). In the beach, we enjoyed a lot swimming even though most days were cloudy, also we enjoyed a lot of food (We ate too many delicious and non-healthy snacks, and a very "generous" lunch every day).
